We aim to provide a reliable service, but Clubrunnr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will always be free from errors. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
All content, branding, and software associated with Clubrunnr belongs to Clubrunnr or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubrunnr is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on fitness or activity data. You are responsible for your own health and safety when running or participating in events.
You may stop using Clubrunnr at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
